small room missing coffee
The location was acceptable.
The room was quite small. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee after the first day. The shower was also just a tub.

convenient location spacious room helpful staff good selection
The hotel offered a convenient location near major attractions. I found the room spacious and well-kept. The staff was consistently helpful with directions. Breakfast provided a good selection of items each morning. The room included a rainfall shower. The hotel also offered bike rentals for exploring the area.
The minibar's cooling system was somewhat ineffective, not keeping drinks as cold as I prefer.

fantastic stay with great service
room upgrade complimentary drinks
the room upgrade i received upon arrival was a great surprise i also appreciated the balloons and handwritten note i found in the room the bar service was quick and friendly when i mentioned it was my partner's birthday the drinks were complimentary. the hotel location is close to central station making airport trips easy
the hotel moved me to a modern room the nightly price felt high considering the change i preferred the initial character room with a fireplace and chandelier i originally booked. it was a bit of a letdown since i specifically chose that room.

the hotel is near major hotspots in the city it is also easy to reach all important locations are within walking distance. underground parking is available nearby so travel is straightforward. trams run regularly nearby.

i found a very nice breakfast menu with various choices like eggs meat cheese and coffee the breakfast service had many options for various dishes. the breakfast area was clean. the service was fast.

the staff offered excellent assistance with suggestions for nearby places to eat the team showed a amazing spirit by being available to all patrons. they were attentive to individual needs. the team was very friendly.

Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments
no garden view inconsistent housekeeping
The room I booked, a 'Beautiful Room Garden View Spa Bath,' had no garden view. (I was expecting at least some greenery). The housekeeping also proved inconsistent. One day, the room wasn't cleaned fully and another day, the job felt rushed. This definitely detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the price paid. They really need to sort that out, I think.

inconsistent housekeeping faulty air conditioning
The breakfast room looked quite nice. It certainly gave the impression of luxury.
I hate to say it, but housekeeping seemed to have missed a spot or two. The room wasn't exactly super clean. It was disappointing. also, the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own, blasting hot air.
